When and how can I terminate my rental contract?

You have the option to cancel your contract one signed, but you’ll have to take into account that the cancellation might have a penalty fee, depending on the time of the cancellation.

Alternatively, we inform you that there is also the possibility of canceling your contract without penalty if you find another person to take charge of your contract, under the same conditions and meeting the established requirements. Or, within a maximum period of 14 days from signing, but always before the start date of the contract (check-in). This possibility will only occur in the first accommodation contract that is formalized. So this clause will not have effect on any other contract or subsequent renewal that is formalized between the parties (e.g. Rebookers).

There are also situations in which, for cancellation, you will be obliged to pay a penalty equivalent to 50% of the remaining duration of the contract (minimum penalty of 1 month and maximum of 3 months depending on the remaining duration).
