Where can I park my car?
We have covered parking spaces in our building, subject to availability. The monthly fee is €60 per month for cars, €25 per month for motorbikes.
How far is the residence from my university?

Can I take furniture out of the studio or use my own furniture?
It is not possible to remove the furniture with which the room is equipped, but you may bring small auxiliary furniture or equipment, provided that it does not obstruct the entrance or exit to the room, the cleaning of the room or that it may cause damage to the wall and floor.
Can I book a studio only as a student?
At Livensa Living Bilbao we welcome any member of the educational community over the age of 16 (university studies, vocational training, competitive examination academies, specialised health training). - Enrolled students - Scholarship holders - Interns - School or high school students - Doctoral students - Specialised health training students.
Where can I park my bike?

Do you have a catering service?
We do not have catering services in the building, as all rooms are equipped with their own kitchen. However, there are several companies with whom you can hire a weekly catering service, and we have vending machines available 24 hours a day.
What does my room include?
Sleeping area, study area, private bathroom and full kitchen. - Sheets, pillow, duvet filler and mattress cover. - Bath towel, hand towel and mat.

What common areas does LL have?
Common room, two lounges, cinema, library, two study rooms, gymnasium, laundry, outdoor play area and courtyard.
Can my visitors/guests have access to the common areas?
Yes, we welcome visits from your friends or family to the common areas, except for the gym. For visits during the day you can invite whoever you want as many times as you want, two guests at a time. For evening visits, please check with our reception staff.
What is not included in the price?
The self-service laundry. - Photocopier and printer service. - Car and motorbike parking (with the exception of Pamplona, Lisbon Marquês de Pombal, Barcelona Diagonal Alto and Barcelona Marina which do not have them). - Kitchenware.
Can I stay for the summer?
Yes, you can stay during the summer, in case your contract has expired, an extension can be made. We recommend you to book as soon as possible so that we do not have availability problems and in case you are already in a room you can keep it.
Can I bring guests and stay overnight?
Yes, we allow friends or family members to make visits, and you can bring your own guests too. During the day, you can have a maximum of 2 guests, whoo will need to be registered in the receptin upon entry. At night, you're only allowed one (1) person to stay over. Is there 24-hour security at the residences?
Yes, our residences are staffed around the clock. In the evenings there is a concierge, as well as a camera circuit connected 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Are there timetables for entering and leaving Livensa Living?
We have electronic access both at the entrance of the residence and in the rooms. You will only need your card to access Livensa Living whenever you want, the timetable is up to you!
Will I have internet via wifi?
Yes, we have wifi in all areas of the residence - you'll never run out of data! In addition, in your room you will have a wired broadband connection - all included in the price!
What security measures are in place?
For the security of our tenants, our buildings are equipped with an electronic locking system and intercoms. At night and on weekends, there is a security service. In addition, all our employees are trained in both first aid and fire protection in order to be able to react correctly and quickly in case of an emergency.
Do you offer sports activities?
Yes, we do. We include sports activities in our Community Life programme once a week. The activity changes every month.
Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
There is a cooling and heating system in all rooms. There is air conditioning during the summer months and heating in winter.
What are disciplinary letters?
In case of failing to comply with the rules of the Code of Conduct, the residence's management can send a written warning informing about the problem or possible faults, and the possible sanctions that might apply depending on the case. What rental items are available?
At Livensa Living we offer irons, ironing boards, mops, tools and leisure items such as video consoles, board games, table tennis, billiards.... At reception you will find a list of all the items available. You can borrow everything free of charge at reception, only in exchange for your membership card, which you will receive when you move in.
Is there a printing service in the residence?
There is a printer and photocopier in the building. You can buy your print credit and use the machine through an app.
Can I receive parcels?
Our staff will receive parcels (standard size) every day. The staff will receive the parcels in the morning and you will be able to pick it up in the afternoon. We will notify you by email when a parcel has arrived for you.
Are there basements or storage rooms?
At Livensa Living unfortunately we do not have storage rooms due to lack of space.
Can I smoke in the room?
Smoking is not allowed inside the facilities, neither in the common areas nor in the rooms. The residences have marked outdoor areas where you can smoke.
What do I do if something in my room is not working?
We have a maintenance team that will be able to solve all problems. You have to notify us on the resident's portal so that Livensa Living is aware of it and give permission for the maintenance staff to enter your room.
Can I have my groceries or other orders shipped to the facility?
You can send any parcels you want to the residence, except for supermarkets or perishable foodstuffs, you will have to pick them up yourself.
Can I bring my pet?
We love animals, but outdoors. Due to the space available in our student residence and out of consideration for the cultural and religious traditions of our international community, pets are not allowed in our studios (except service dogs for people with recognised disabilities).
What do I do if something breaks in my room?
You can report maintenance issues on your resident portal. You can also inform the accommodation reception as soon as possible so that they can check what has happened and try to rectify any maintenance issues if necessary.
Can my guests spend the night in my room?
Each Livensa Living resident has 10 nights per month to use. The first 3 nights are free of charge, but from the 4th to the 10th night there is an extra charge. Contact the residence for more information on prices and rates.

What documents do I need for check-in?
You will need the following documents: - A personal identification document: ID card or passport. When and how can I settle in?

How can I terminate the rental contract for my parking space?
If you have a Parking Contract linked to your Room Contract, it will be automatically terminated with your Contract. In this case you do not have to do anything. Consequently, the terms and conditions of notice and termination available on our website apply. If you have a separate contract, for your parking space, you have to contact the accommodation staff.
What do I have to do before I vacate my studio?
Before vacating your studio, make an appointment with the manager to do a pre-check to make sure your studio is in order. Before vacating your studio, you must leave it as you found it. This means that you will have to remove your personal belongings from the room and clean it.
What happens when you leave your room?
You need to communicate to the personnel your check-out date at least 7 days prior, so that they can arrange with you an inspection of the room. How far in advance do I have to book the room?
The best thing to do is to book as soon as possible so that you can choose the room category you want. We don't have a month limit for you to make your reservation, you can make it when it suits you best, but keep in mind that prices are subject to change.
