What common areas are available in Livensa Living Sevilla?

You can find a library, relax room (perfect for yoga), gym, two common kitchems, two provate kitchens, two lounge rooms with work area, exterior cinema, game room and music room. You also have an exterior terrace with swimming pool!

Can my guests access the common areas?

Yes, we allow visits from your friends or family to the common areas except the gym. For visits that occur during the day, you can invite whoever you want as many times as you want, two guests at a time. For night visits, please consult with our reception staff

Can I book a studio only as a student?

At Livensa Living we welcome: - Enrolled students - Interns - Interns - School or institute students - PhD students At Livensa Living Studios we also have a program for young professionals

Where can I park my bike?

Is there a catering service available?

No we don't have a catering service availabble as all of the rooms include a full kitchen; nevertheless, we have struck a deal with a restaurant service in which you can order your food whenever you want. We also have vending machines available.

What is the reservation fee?

The reservation fee is paid upon signing the contract and includes the costs of preparing the contract and guaranteeing the room. Admission reservation costs amount to €250.

What is not included in the price?

The self-service laundry. - Photocopier and printer service. - Car and motorbike parking (with the exception of Pamplona, Lisbon Marquês de Pombal, Barcelona Diagonal Alto and Barcelona Marina which do not have them). - Kitchenware.

Can I stay for the summer?

Yes, you can stay during the summer, in case your contract has expired, an extension can be made. We recommend you to book as soon as possible so that we do not have availability problems and in case you are already in a room you can keep it.

Can I bring guests and stay overnight?

Yes, we allow friends or family members to make visits, and you can bring your own guests too. During the day, you can have a maximum of 2 guests, whoo will need to be registered in the receptin upon entry. At night, you're only allowed one (1) person to stay over. Will I have internet via wifi?

Yes, we have wifi in all areas of the residence - you'll never run out of data! In addition, in your room you will have a wired broadband connection - all included in the price!

What security measures are in place?

For the security of our tenants, our buildings are equipped with an electronic locking system and intercoms. At night and on weekends, there is a security service. In addition, all our employees are trained in both first aid and fire protection in order to be able to react correctly and quickly in case of an emergency.

What are disciplinary letters?

In case of failing to comply with the rules of the Code of Conduct, the residence's management can send a written warning informing about the problem or possible faults, and the possible sanctions that might apply depending on the case. What rental items are available?

At Livensa Living we offer irons, ironing boards, mops, tools and leisure items such as video consoles, board games, table tennis, billiards.... At reception you will find a list of all the items available. You can borrow everything free of charge at reception, only in exchange for your membership card, which you will receive when you move in.

Can I receive parcels?

Our staff will receive parcels (standard size) every day. The staff will receive the parcels in the morning and you will be able to pick it up in the afternoon. We will notify you by email when a parcel has arrived for you.

Can I smoke in the room?

Smoking is not allowed inside the facilities, neither in the common areas nor in the rooms. The residences have marked outdoor areas where you can smoke.

What do I do if something in my room is not working?

We have a maintenance team that will be able to solve all problems. You have to notify us on the resident's portal so that Livensa Living is aware of it and give permission for the maintenance staff to enter your room.

Can I bring my pet?

We love animals, but outdoors. Due to the space available in our student residence and out of consideration for the cultural and religious traditions of our international community, pets are not allowed in our studios (except service dogs for people with recognised disabilities).

What do I do if something breaks in my room?

You can report maintenance issues on your resident portal. You can also inform the accommodation reception as soon as possible so that they can check what has happened and try to rectify any maintenance issues if necessary.

Can my guests spend the night in my room?

Each Livensa Living resident has 10 nights per month to use. The first 3 nights are free of charge, but from the 4th to the 10th night there is an extra charge. Contact the residence for more information on prices and rates.

What documents do I need for check-in?

You will need the following documents: - A personal identification document: ID card or passport. If you are under 18 years of age, your guardian or parent must also bring their ID card or passport. - A visa in case you need to live in Spain. - A letter of confirmation of enrolment or acceptance from the university or school you will be attending. When and how can I settle in?

You will be able to move in once the rental contract has been signed and payments have been received and, at the earliest, on the day the rental contract starts. You can book your desired check-in date through our Resident Portal: https://portal.livensaliving.com/.

What do I need to bring when I settle in?

Our rooms are fully furnished and have certain equipment. However, you must bring your own kitchen utensils, bedding, pillows, duvets, towels and personal belongings. What payments do I have to make before I check in?

"The reservation fee is to be paid at the time of formalising the rental contract. Before your rental contract starts, you have to transfer the deposit and the first monthly payment. You will find the bank details on our payment platform, Flywire".

How can I terminate the rental contract for my parking space?

If you have a Parking Contract linked to your Room Contract, it will be automatically terminated with your Contract. In this case you do not have to do anything. Consequently, the terms and conditions of notice and termination available on our website apply. If you have a separate contract, for your parking space, you have to contact the accommodation staff.

What do I have to do before I vacate my studio?

Before vacating your studio, make an appointment with the manager to do a pre-check to make sure your studio is in order. Before vacating your studio, you must leave it as you found it. This means that you will have to remove your personal belongings from the room and clean it.

What happens when you leave your room?

You need to communicate to the personnel your check-out date at least 7 days prior, so that they can arrange with you an inspection of the room.
