What is the closest public transport stop to Livensa Living Granada Fuentenueva?
The Granada train station is only 7 minutes walking distance from the residence. There are also several bus stops nearby, one of them right outside the residence.
What is not included in the price?
The laundromat service, cleaning service, change of linens and kitchen utensils, neither the printing service and the car and motorcycle parking.
What does “all inclusive” mean?
The monthly fee includes bills (gas, water, internet, AC and heating), access to all common areas like gym, library, etc., participation in all Community Life activities within the building. What's not included is the laundromat service, cleaning and change of linens (ask for the tariff on the front desk).

From Livensa Living Granada Fuentenueva to the city center there is only a 10-15 minute walking distance!
What does my room include?
A bed with storage space, TV, closet, desk and chair, full kitchen with fridge, induction hob, extractor, and microwave oven. Also a full ensuite bathroom.
Is the gym open 24h?
No, the gym is open from 7,00 to 23 hours everyday.
Is the cleaning service included in the monthly fee of my residence?
No, it's not included. But you can contract it separately.

Yes, we welcome visits from your friends and family. For visits during the day you can invite whoever you want as many times as you want, two guests at a time from 9am to 23:00h. Night visits must be announced 24 hours in advance and you have 3 free nights per month, the rest being 20€/night up to a maximum of 10 nights per month in total.
