How can I get from the residence to the bus station?

The bus 13 will get you to the main bus station, you'll be there in just 15 minutes.

Is the residence close to the city center?

Yes, the Salamanca main square (Plaza Mayor) is less than 15 minutes walking distance from the residence. You can also go by bus, in less than 10 minutes you'll be in the city center.

Is the residence located in a safe neighbourhood?

Yes, The neighbourhood where Livensa Livingg Salamanca is located is safe, it has a lot of transit and activity, one of the main reasons being it's closeness yo the city center.

What does “all inclusive” mean?

Can my guests access the common areas?

Yes, we welcome visits from your friends or family. There are two types of visits: - Daytime: from 9am to 11pm, maximum two guests per resident. - Night visits: you can consult the conditions with our reception team.

Can I book a studio only as a student?

In Livensa Living we welcome any member of the educational community 16 years of age and up, that is attenidng university, professional studies, etc.

What is included in my room?

In your study you will find a bed, storage space, closet, desk with chair, full-body mirror, and illumination. The size of the bed varies depending on the type of studio you choose. Also, a full ensuite bathroom.

Is the gym open 24 hours?

No, the gym is open from 7,00 to 23 hours everyday.

Is the cleaning service included in my monthly fee?

No, it's not included. But you can contract it separately.

Are there basements or storage rooms?

No, we don't offer that service in the residence.

What common areas are available at Livensa Living Salamanca?

Interior and exterior game room (billard, football table, ping pong), lounge areas, library, kitchen/dining area, indoor and outdoor gym, cinema and interior patio.

Where can I park my bike?

In Livensa Living Salamanca we have free parking spaces for your bike, we advice you bring your own lock.

What distance is there between my accomodation and the universities?

Faculties Historic Campus and Unamuno USAL: from 6 mn by car/10 by bike / 15-30 walking. Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca - Headquarters (1km, 14 min walk). Campus Champagnat (2,3km, 30 min walking, 23 min by bus line 4)

Where can I park my car?

At Livensa Living Salamanca we offer parking spaces. We have a dailay charge or a monthly charge, for more information contact the reseidence's staff.

What is not included in the price?

The self-service laundry. - Photocopier and printer service. - Car and motorbike parking (with the exception of Pamplona, Lisbon Marquês de Pombal, Barcelona Diagonal Alto and Barcelona Marina which do not have them). - Kitchenware.

Can I stay for the summer?

Yes, you can stay during the summer. In case your contract has ended, you can extend your stay. We recommend you book as soon as possible to keep tha room you already have.

Can I bring guests and stay overnight?

Yes, during the night you can have one (1) overnight guest .You have 10 nights available per month to use with whoever you want, for more information ask the front desk.

Can I take the furniture out and use my own?

It is not possible to remove the furniture with which the room is equipped, but you may bring small auxiliary furniture or equipment, provided that it does not obstruct the entrance or exit to the room, the cleaning of the room or that it may cause damage to the wall and floor.
