In the study you will find a bed, storage space, desk and chair, closet, fully-equipped kitchen (inducton hobs, microwave, fridge and extractor). Twin studios are eqiopped with kitchenette (fridge, microwave grill), private ensuite bathroom, 2 individual beds, 2 closets, and a desk with 2 spaces for study and two chairs, wi fi, and TV.

Where can I park my bike?

At Livensa Living Lisboa Cidade Universitária we have parking spaces designated for bikes in the underground parking lot. The parking space is under video surveillance, but still we recommend you bring your own lock.

Yes, besides having a great location in the Benimaclet neighbourhood, very close by the Turia river and the famous Serrano Towers, Livensa Living Studios Valencia Viveros has public transport stops very close by. There are several bus stops and the Sagunt tram stop just 3 minutes away. Plus, you can find rental bikes through Valenbisi, there is a station just 300 meters from the building.

The Mercadona supermarket is the closest to Livensa Living Barcelona Marina; it is less than 10-minute walking distance. There is also a Condis and Carrefour Express. Another option is to order your groceries and have them delivered to your residence. However, you will have to be there to receive it.

Yes, the Salamanca main square (Plaza Mayor) is less than 15 minutes walking distance from the residence. You can also go by bus, in less than 10 minutes you'll be in the city center.

The rooms at Livensa Living Studios San Sebastian are almost all the same size. This is why the types of studios are mainly distinguished by location, floor, and if they are interior or exterior, the latter with a view to the interior patio. The room assignation is done randomly, so you can't choose the location within the building.

Yes, besides having a great location in the Cabanyal neighbourhood, you're only 13 minutes away from the beach and, Livensa Living has a bus stop just outside the building. The Fracesc Cubells tram stop is just 2 minutes away, just as the Maritim Sereria metro stop. Plus, you can rent a bike at Valenbisi. You'll find astation just 150 meters from Livensa Living.

How and when is my rental payment due?

The Deposit and the first month's accommodation must be paid at least 45 days before the start date of the contract. Depending on the accommodation and the duration of your stay, or if the start date of the contract is less than or equal to 45 days from the booking date.

When will I get my deposit back?

It can take up to 45 days, depending on the bank and the country. Can I extend my contract?

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and would like to stay longer at Livensa Living. Just contact the staff of the residence to extend your stay, and they will provide you with all the information.

What contract periods are available and what is the minimum period?

The minimum contract period is 7 days, and the maximum contract period is 364 days. The contract period ends on 27 August for full year bookings and 31 August for academic year and semester bookings. If you wish to stay longer, you also have the option to extend your stay.

If you have not obtained the necessary visa or have been refused a place at the university, you can cancel your booking free of charge, but you will need to provide us with proof of this. In Livensa Living we welcome any member of the educational community 16 years of age and up, that is attenidng university, professional studies, etc.

Can I stay for the summer?

Yes, you can stay during the summer. In case your contract has ended, you can extend your stay. We recommend you book as soon as possible to keep tha room you already have.

Can I bring guests and stay overnight?

Yes, during the night you can have one (1) overnight guest .You have 10 nights available per month to use with whoever you want, for more information ask the front desk.

What security measures are in place?

For the safety of our residents, our buildings are equipped with an electronic lock system and interphones. During the night and weekends, we have a security guard, and our staff is fully trained in first aid and fire drills, reacting correctly and rapidly in case of emergency.

What are disciplinary letters?

In the give situation of not complying with the disciplinary code, the staff can send a written warning to you informing about the fault made, with the possible sanctions that, in the given case, might apply. Please read the Code of Conduct for more information.

What rental items are available?

In the front desk of the building you'll find a list of all the available articles, some of them have a price and some are free.

Can I receive parcels?

Our personnel will receive standard-sized parcels everyday. We will notify you when something arrives for you.

Can I smoke in the room?

Smoking is not allowed inside the premises, neither in common areas and inside the rooms. The buildings have a designated smoking area outside.

What do I do if something in my room is not working?

We have a maintenance team ready to fix all problems. You have to notify through the Livensa Portal so that Livensa Living has proof of the incident and give permission to the maintenance team to enter your room and fix the problem.

Will I have internet via wifi?

Yes, we do have wifi enabled in alll areas of the building, you'll never run out of data! Plus, in your room you'll have broadband internat via cable. All included in the price!

Can I bring my pet?

We love animals, but due to the available space in our buildings, and for consideration with other people culture, traditions and religious beliefs, we don't admit company animals (except service dogs).

What do I do if something breaks in my room?

Through your Livensa Portal you can notify of any maintenance issues. You can also notify the front desk of the building so that they can take immediate action and solve any maintenance problem if applicable.

Can my guests spend the night in my room?

Each Livensa Living resident has 10 nights per month to use. The first 3 nights are free of charge, but from the 4th to the 10th night there is an extra charge. Contact the residence for more information on prices and rates.

The return of the deposit can take up to 45 days. Reimbursement of the deposit is managed as soon as the room inspection is completed and signed off, and you comply with the contract. Things like international transfers, or type of credit/debit card of the client might delay some reimbursements.

How can I cancel my parking slot contract?

If you have a parking contract related to your accommodation booking, it will automatically be ended at the same time the contract ends. In this case, you will not have to dio anything and the terms and conditions of the lease will be applied. If you have an independent parking lease, you will have to contact your building's staff.

How are rooms allocated?

Your preference is very important to us, so that you feel comfortable. In your reservation process you can tell us your preferences regarding room location (floor, near a friend, etc), when we're sorting out rooms, our team will try to make sure your request is met, but we can't make any promises.
