How can I cancel my reservation?

If you have changed your mind after signing the contract, you have several options to cancel your reservation.
We warn you that, once you sign the contract, cancellation may generate penalties depending on the moment and situation in which you find yourself (before the entry date, or after).

Alternatively, we inform you that there is also the possibility of canceling your contract without penalty if you find another person to take charge of your contract, under the same conditions and meeting the established requirements.
To do this, you must request, fill out and sign the transfer form (signed by you and the person in charge of your contract) and send it to the building staff, who will have to review your request and, if the requirements are met, approve it in your case.
If permission is granted, a new contract will be drawn up for the new resident, who will need to follow the same booking steps as you did when booking with Livensa. The new resident will be kept at the same rate as you have in your contract.
For more information, consult our staff.

We suggest that you contact us through our email: [email protected]. In this way we will inform you of the alternatives that exist and we can help you cancel the reservation if you wish.
You can see the complete cancellation policy on Livensa Living here.

You also have alternatives without penalty, starting from the signing of the contract, and always before the Start date (check-in). If you have not obtained the necessary visa or have been denied a place at the university, you can cancel the reservation free of charge, but you will have to provide us with proof of this. In the case of the visa, proof that it has been denied and in the case of denial of the place, you will have to prove that you do not have a deadline at the university you were applying for or that you are going to study in another province other than that of the residence in which you had the reservation.

And, finally, you can withdraw from your contract within a maximum period of 14 days from the signing, but always before the start date of the contract (check-in). This possibility will only occur in the first accommodation contract that is formalized. So this clause will not have effect on any other contract or subsequent renewal that is formalized between the parties (e.g. Rebookers).

These conditions apply to cancellations that occur before the contract has started; Under no circumstances will people who want to cancel and have already started their contract with Livensa Living be eligible for these conditions.
