The gym is available 24 hours a day from Monday to Sunday.
Is the cleaning service included in my monthly fee?
At Livensa Living Salamanca cleaning is not included in the price. You can hire a weekly cleaning service that includes a change of sheets and towels. For more information, please contact the reception of your residence.

What common areas are available at Livensa Living Salamanca?
Indoor and outdoor games area (billiards, table football, table tennis, sofas, tables, TVs and vending machines. Laundry, library, communal kitchen/dining room, gym, cinema and interior courtyard.
Can my guests access the common areas?
Yes, we welcome visits from your friends or family. There are two types of visits: - Daytime: from 9am to 11pm, maximum two guests per resident. - Night visits: you can consult the conditions with our reception team.
Where can I park my bike?
At Livensa Living there are covered parking spaces for bicycles.
Can I take the furniture out and use my own?
It is not possible to remove the furniture with which the room is equipped, but you may bring small auxiliary furniture or equipment, as long as it does not obstruct the entrance or exit to the room, or the cleaning of the room.
