When do I get back my deposit?
The return of the deposit can take up to 45 days. Reimbursement of the deposit is managed as soon as the room inspection is completed and signed off, and you comply with the contract. Things like international transfers, or type of credit/debit card of the client...
What happens the moment you leave your studio?
Before releasing your room, you must arrange an inspection of the studio with the reception staff. With the inventory you filled out at check-in, we will check if there are damages or cleaning issues. On the day of your departure, you must hand in your room key at the reception.
