Is the pool open all throughout the year?
The pool is available from May through September, both months included.
Are there basements or storage rooms?
We do not have storage rooms but we have an agreement with a national company that will help you manage this service with a special price.
What common rooms are available at Livensa Living Studios?
Park, pool, padel court, 4 meeting rooms, 4 lounges with kitchen and living room, vending area, and two floors with lounge areas.
Can my guests access the common rooms?
Yes, a maximum of two people is allowed, but they cannot access the pool and the padel court.
Where cain I park my bicycle?
Yes, at Livensa Living Studios we have parking spots available for bicycles, we do recommend the use of a lock.
Can I book a studio if I’m not a student?
Students and non-students can stay at Livensa Living Studios. We are an apartment hotel and we are happy to welcome anyone who wants to stay with us!
Can I take the furniture out and use my own?
You cannot take any furniture out of the room, but you can bring small pieces of furniture if you want.
What distance is there between my accomodation and the universities?
Autonoma and Europea are 10 minutes away by car.
Where can I park my car?
We offer parking spots at Livensa Living Studios whenever there is availability, with a monthly fee; please contact your residence manager for more information.
