Where can I park my car?

We offer underground parking spaces at Livensa Living. The minimum rental period is one day, we also have rates for monthly payments For more information, contact the residence staff. Payment is through the resident portal, daily or monthly payment

What is included in my room?

In the studio, you will find: a bed with a pillow (including a pillowcase, fitted sheet, duvet cover, duvet, bath towel, hand towel, and bath mat); two drawers under the bed; a desk and chair, shelves, a wardrobe, a full-length mirror, and lighting. Is there a catering service available?

Yes, we have a very good quality catering service in which we serve breakfast (Monday to Saturday), lunch (Monday to Friday), dinner (Sunday to Friday) and brunch (Saturdays). You can also order snacks, snacks, and drinks during the rest of the day.

Can I take the furniture out and use my own?

It is not possible to remove the furniture with which the room is equipped, but you may bring small auxiliary furniture or equipment, provided that it does not obstruct the entrance or exit to the room, the cleaning of the room or that it may cause damage to the wall and floor.

What security measures are there in the building?

For the safety of our guests, our buildings are equipped with an electronic lock system and interphones. During the night and weekends, we have a security guard, and our staff is fully trained in first aid and fire drills, reacting correctly and rapidly in case of emergency.

Is there AC in the rooms?

There is a cooling and heating system in every room. During the summer months we enable the cooling system and heating during winter.

What are behavioural disciplinary letters?

In the give situation of not complying with the disciplinary code, the staff can send a written warning to you informing about the fault made, with the possible sanctions that, in the given case, might apply. Please read the Code of Conduct for more information.

What activities are offered by Community Life?

Community Life organizes regular events just for you—special holiday parties, Christmas celebrations, movie nights, trips and excursions, soccer matches, and so much more! Plus, all activities held at Livensa facilities are included in your stay.

What do I do if something breaks in my Studio?

Through your Livensa Portal you can notify of any maintenance issues. You can also notify the front desk of the building so that they can take immediate action and solve any maintenance problem if applicable.

Can I bring my pet?

We love animals, but due to the available space in our buildings, and for consideration with other people culture, traditions and religious beliefs, we don't admit company animals (except service dogs).

When and how can I arrive?

You can move as soon as the contract is signed, and we have received the payment, and of course, as soon as the date of your contract starts. You can book the move-in day through our Resident Portal here:

What do I have to bring for my arrival?

Our rooms are fully-equipped with everything you need, nevertheless, you will have to bring your own kitchen utensils, and personal items. If you wish to bring your own linens and towels, we request for them to not be white. Are there any payments I need to carry out before check-in?

The accommodation initial payment will be charged once the contract is signed. Before the start date of your stay, you have to transfer the deposit and first months' rent. You'll find all the payment information in our payment platform, Flywire.

What happens the moment you leave your studio?

Before leaving your room, you will need to book an inspection with the staff in the front desk. With the inventory you filled-out during check-in, we will make sure everything is in order and clean, and that day of your departure, you will have to give back the key to your room in reception.

What do I have to do before vacating my studio?

Before leaving your studio, you need to let the staff know so that they can book an inspection and make sure everything is in order. In any case, you should leave it as you found it, meaning that you need to remove your things and clean it.

When do I get back my deposit?

Reimbursement can take up to 45 days, as long as there is no damages in thee room and the contract is fulfilled. Some factors, like international bank accounts, can affect the time it takes to make the deposit.

Accommodation initial payment

The accommodation initial payment is payable as soon as you sign the contract and includes the costs of preparing the contract and the guarantee of the room. The accommodation initial payment are, according to the length of your stay: Short-stay: 100€ Semester/academic year/full year: 250€ The accommodation initial payment is non-refundable.

When and how can I terminate my hosting contract?

Canceling the contract may result in a penalty equivalent to 50% of the remaining contract duration (with a minimum penalty of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months, depending on the remaining duration). How can I terminate the rental contract for my parking space?

If you have a parking contract related to your accommodation contract, it will automatically be ended at the same time the contract ends. In this case, you will not have to dio anything and the terms and conditions accommodation contract will be applied. If you have an independent parking lease, you will have to contact your building's staff.

When and where do I receive my cancellation confirmation?

We will send you the cancellation confirmation via email within 1 to 2 business days after receiving the cancellation request. In the case of a cancellation by a new client, the confirmation will only be sent once the revocation period for their new stay has ended.

What is included in the price?

The monthly price includes: Expenses for electricity, heating, air conditioning, internet, access to common areas such as gym, library, etc., participation in Community Life activities and in some cases cleaning/catering (check the conditions of your building). Can I move from my Studio?

It is possible to change your studio with previous notification to the front desk, who will help you if there is availability.

Can I extend my contract?

If you wish to extend your stay with us, and continue living in Livensa Living Studios, you will have to contact the accomodation staff to request an extension and chack availability.

I’m not 18 years old yet. Can I reserve a studio?

You can book a room if you're at least 16 years of age by the check-in date, in which case we will require a parent or tutor to sign the lease. Can I cancel my contract?

You will be able to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract during the 14 days following the signing of your contract at the residence. If the period between the signing date and the check-in date is less than 14 days, the remaining days will correspond to you, always until the check-in date. This right of withdrawal does not apply in the event of extension or renewal of the contract....

How and when do I make my rental payment?

The deposit and first month of your stay will have to be payed a minimum of 45 days before the start date of your contract. The rest of the payments will be due every first day of the month through SEPA direct debir or through our Flywire platform.

What is a SEPA direct debit mandate?

The SEPA Direct Debit Mandate allows you to set up one-time or recurring payments directly from your account without any extra fees. Available across all Eurozone countries, this payment method can be authorized either as a one-time transaction or on an ongoing basis by the account holder, who can cancel it at any time.

I don’t have a SEPA-enabled account yet. What should I do?

If your bank account does not accept SEPA direct debit, you can pay your monthly fee through our Flywire platform or open a Spanish bank account to direct debit your monthly fee. You can ask for the direct debit form before your arrival, and hand it out signed and filled the moment you arrive.
