what is included in my room?

Inside your room, apart from your rest area, study area, private bathroom and full kitchen you will find: - Basic kitchenware set (plate, glass, cutlery, cup, frying pan, pot, cutting board and knife set). - Sheets, pillow, duvet filling and mattress protector cover - Bath towel, hand towel and mat

Is there a catering service available?

Where can I park my car?

We have parking spots available within the building, the monthly fee is 50€ for cars and 20€ for motorcycles

What common rooms are available at Livensa Living Studios?

Inside the residence we have: - Outside terrace - Self-service laundry with washers and dryers - Indoor lounges with games room and group work area - Projection room - Music rooms - Library - Two txokos with full kitchen - Bicycle and vehicle parking

Can I recieve parcels/packages?

Our staff will receive packages (standard size) every day. The staff will receive the shipments during the morning and you will be able to pick it up during the afternoon. We will notify you by email when a package has arrived for you.

What articles are available for usage loan?

At Livensa Living Studio we provide free loans of ironing boards, vacuum cleaners, mops, tools and leisure items such as video game consoles, board games, ping pong, billiards...

Can I bring my pet?

We love animals, but outdoors. Due to the space available in our accommodation, pets are not allowed in our studios (except service dogs for people with recognized disabilities).

What do I do if something breaks in my Studio?

You can report maintenance issues on your Guest Portal. You can also contact the accommodation reception as soon as possible so that they can review what has happened and try to correct any maintenance problem if applicable.

When and how can I arrive?

You will be able to settle in once the accommodation contract has been signed and payments have been received and, at the earliest, on the day the contract begins.

What do I have to bring for my arrival?

Our rooms are fully furnished. However, at some Livensa Living Studios, you will need to bring your own kitchen utensils. If you have any questions about available inventory, you can contact us through our contact form.

What documents do I have to bring with me to settle?

If you are a citizen of the European Union, you only have to bring your national identity document (DNI) or passport to settle in. If your nationality is from outside the EU, you will need to bring your foreign passport and a valid visa.

Are there any payments I need to carry out before check-in?

The reservation fee will be paid at the time of formalizing the accommodation contract. Before your contract starts, you have to transfer the deposit and the first monthly payment. You will find the different payment options on our Flywire platform.

What happens the moment you leave your studio?

Before releasing your room, you must arrange an inspection of the studio with the reception staff. With the inventory you filled out at check-in, we will check if there are damages or cleaning issues. On the day of your departure, you must hand in your room key at the reception.

When do I get back my deposit?

The return of the deposit can take up to 45 days. Reimbursement of the deposit is managed as soon as the room inspection is completed and signed off, and you comply with the contract. Things like international transfers, or type of credit/debit card of the client might delay some reimbursements.

What is the reservation fee?

When and how can I terminate my hosting contract?

Cancellation of the contract may entail a penalty equivalent to 50% of the remaining duration of the contract (minimum penalty of 1 month and maximum of 3 months depending on the remaining duration). When and where do I receive my cancellation confirmation?

We will send you cancellation confirmation by email within 1–2 business days of receiving your cancellation. In case of cancellation by a new resident, you will only receive confirmation once the revocation period of your new guest has ended.

What is included in the price?

The monthly price includes: Expenses for electricity, heating, air conditioning, internet, access to common areas such as gym, library, etc., participation in Community Life activities and in some cases cleaning/catering (check the conditions of your building). Can I extend my contract?

If you wish to extend your stay with us and live longer at Livensa Living Studios, you will have to contact the accommodation staff to request to extend your stay so we can check if it is possible.

I’m not 18 years old yet. Can I reserve a studio?

You can reserve a room if you are at least 16 years old on the check-in date. In this case, the contractual signature of one of your parents or guardian will be requested. Can I cancel my contract?

You will be able to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract during the 14 days following the signing of your contract at the residence. If the period between the signing date and the check-in date is less than 14 days, the remaining days will correspond to you, always until the check-in date. How and when do I make my rental payment?

The deposit and the first monthly payment must be paid at least 1 month before the start of the contract, through our Flywire payment platform. The following monthly payments will be paid on the first day of the month, by SEPA direct debit or through our Flywire payment platform.

What is a SEPA direct debit mandate?

The SEPA direct debit order is a way todirect debit payments to your account without incurring fees. The SEPA direct debit order is available in all Eurozone countries and can be authorized once or permanently by the account holder, who can revoke it at any time.

I don’t have a SEPA-enabled account yet. What should I do?

If your bank account does not accept SEPA direct debits, you can pay your monthly payment through our Flywire platform or open a bank account in Spain to direct debit the monthly payment. You can request the direct debit authorization form before your arrival and deliver it signed by the account holder, when you settle in.
