Is the gym open 24 hours?
Yes, the gym is open 24/7 all year long.
Is the cleaning service included in my monthly fee?
A weekly cleaning servce, with change of bed linens and towels is included in your monthly fee. The kitchen is not included in the weekly cleaning.
Are there basements or storage rooms?
No, we don't have them
Where can I park my bike?
We have a bicycle parking available in the -1 floor of the building.
Can I book a studio if I’m not a student?

Can I take the furniture out and use my own?
You cannot take any furniture out of the room, but you can bring small pieces of furniture if you want.
What distance is there between my accomodation and the universities?
We are at: - 5 minutes walking from Tecnun - 10 minutes walk from UPV Campus - 10 minutes walk from Musikene - 40 minutes by public transportation from Basque Culinary Center
Where can I park my car?
We have parking spots available within the building, the monthly fee is 50€ for cars and 20€ for motorcycles
