Can I cancel my contract?

You will be able to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract during the 14 days following the signing of your contract at the residence. If the period between the signing date and the check-in date is less than 14 days, the remaining days will correspond to you, always until the check-in date.
This right of withdrawal does not apply in the event of extension or renewal of the contract.

You cannot sublet your room, but you can find someone to take over your contract, keep in mind if you are doing this, it must be pre-approved.
To do this, you must request, fill out and sign the transfer form (signed by you and the person in charge of your contract) and send it to the building staff. Review of this request may take a couple of days.
If permission is granted, a new contract will be drawn up for the new guest, who must follow the same booking steps that you did when you booked with Livensa. The new guest will be kept at the same rate as you have in your contract.
